Mr C Y Leung graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic and Bristol Polytechnic UK. He holds Honorary Doctorate degrees conferred by four universities in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Shandong. Since the late 1970s, Mr Leung had participated in the land and housing reforms in China and helped prepare the first land sale in the Mainland after China's constitution was amended in 1988. Between 1984 and 1997, Mr Leung held senior positions in the entire political transition to the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Between 1997 and 2011, Mr Leung was a member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong and was the Convenor of the non-official members between 1999 and 2011. In March, 2012, Mr Leung was elected the fourth-term Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Since March 2017, he has been a Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. Currently he is the Chairman of several not-for-profit NGO’s established in Hong Kong, including the Bay Area Hong Kong Centre, Belt and Road Hong Kong Centre and the GX Foundation. In 2022, he founded the Minxin Hong Kong School (Guangzhou, Nansha) and serves as the Chairman of the School board.

Mr. Ronnie C. Chan is the Chair of Hang Lung Group Limited and its subsidiary Hang Lung Properties Limited, both publicly listed in Hong Kong. Hang Lung expanded into mainland China in 1992, developing, owning, and managing world-class commercial complexes in key tier one and tier two cities. In 1986, Mr. Chan co-founded Morningside, a diversified investment group engaged in private equity and venture capital investments in North America, Asia, and Europe. He founded and chairs the China Heritage Fund, and is a co-founding Director of The Forbidden City Cultural Heritage Conservation Foundation in Beijing. Mr. Chan is a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, Chair Emeritus of the Asia Society and Chairman of its Hong Kong Center, and Co-Founder and Chairman of the Centre for Asian Philanthropy and Society. He serves or has served on the governing or advisory bodies of several think tanks and universities, including: World Economic Forum, East-West Center, Pacific Council on International Policy, Eisenhower Fellowships, The Maureen and Mike Mansfield Foundation, University of Southern California, Indian School of Business, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Yale University, Tsinghua University, and Fudan University.

In 1980, Annie Wu joined her father, Dr James T Wu in establishing the Beijing Air Catering Company Ltd, the first joint venture (001) between Hong Kong and Mainland China through the cooperation between the Civil Aviation Administration of China and Hong Kong Beijing Air Catering Ltd. Witnessing the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening up Policy of China, she is currently Honorary Chairman of the Beijing Air Catering Company Ltd. She is actively involved in promoting global business, advancing the cause of women’s issues, as well as training and education for youth both in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Annie Wu served on various advisory bodies including Standing Member of the 10th, 11th and 12th term of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. Her successful career and contributions to community services have won her various awards for excellence.

Ms. Pansy Ho, Chairperson of Hong Kong Federation of Women and Chairperson of Women Power Forum, is the Group Executive Chairman and Managing Director of Shun Tak Holdings Limited, Co-Chairperson and Executive Director of MGM China Holdings Limited. She also holds a respectable number of executive roles in various entities in Hong Kong and Macau. Outside of the boardroom, Ms. Ho serves on a host of social and public services, including being a Standing Committee Member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of Beijing, Executive Committee Member of All-China Women’s Federation, Vice President of China Chamber of Tourism and China Women’s Chamber of Commerce under All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce, Vice President of China Association of Women Entrepreneurs, Vice President of Hong Kong Beijing Association, President of Beijing-Macau Economic and Cultural Exchange Promotion Association, Vice President of Macao Chamber of Commerce, Founder and Chairperson of Global Tourism Economy Research Centre. Leveraging her own resources and networks, Ms. Ho forged the establishment of high-level platforms for arts and cultural exchange and tourism development. With a special passion for women and youth empowerment, she is committed to nurturing and inspiringthe younger generation, especially fellow females, through various training and exchange programs to unleash their potentials for the contribution to the development of the region, China and the world. For her outstanding contribution to public services and the promotion of global tourism, art and cultural exchanges and development , Ms. Ho has received numerous awards and recognitions including the Beijing Overseas Chinese Jing Hua Award by the Beijing Municipal Government, Chevalier de I’Ordre National de la Légion d’Honneur by the Government of France, and Grande Ufficiale dell’Ordine della Stella d’Italia by the Government of Italy, a Justice of the Peace by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Tourism Ambassador of the United Nation's World Tourism Organization.

Carol Yau, CEO of Brilliant Group and Permanent Honorary President of Golden Bauhinia Women Entrepreneur Association (GBWEA), has more than 25 years’ experience in finance. Since joining Brilliant Group in 2016, she has launched 10 new businesses to implement one-stop service for clients. The services range from insurance, wealth management, IT, precious metals trading, healthcare, education, overseas immigration, virtual shopping, travel agency and F&B. Carol has also dedicated herself to philanthropy supporting various NGOs and charities. As the Chairperson of TREATS and GBWEA Charitable Foundation, she is devoted to social inclusion and training, mentoring and nurturing women through education. Katherine Cheung, Chairman of Golden Bauhinia Women Entrepreneur Charitable Foundation, is Vice Chairman of CrossGate Advisors, a family office specializes in venture capital investing. With a career spanning over 20 years in investment management, including 13 years working with world’s largest asset management firm, BlackRock / Merrill Lynch. Katherine has held various regional management positions covering Asia Pacific markets, ranging from Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, to Australia. Katherine was active in advising Hong Kong S.A.R.
